Tip Five | Choose Healthy Thoughts

Having a poor diet and not exercising are unhealthy behaviours, right? Right. Your thoughts can also either be healthy or unhealthy. Negative thoughts do not serve you, just as binge eating junk food and being a couch potato does not serve you.

For better health, place the same amount of importance on generating positive thoughts as you do eating well and exercising your body.
