Tip Nine | Celebrate the small wins
You must realise that reaching your goal is not going to happen overnight, and that your big goal is made up of small wins and loses. Regardless each success and failure is a lesson which in turn starts you on the path to achievement.
Think about what you enjoy the most and do this each time you complete a step. This could be anything from treating yourself to your favourite coffee, chocolate or even a trip somewhere. Having something to look forward to, trains the brain into creating motivation.
